On December 11 and 12, Teatro Tivoli BBVA will host Xmas with Mozart, celebrating the 270th anniversary of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s birth, with performances by the Orquestra Metropolitana de Lisboa and the Orquestra Sinfónica Portuguesa. The concerts will be preceded by two special live editions of podcasts from Grupo Impresa’s “Gerações” series, featuring guests connected to the world of classical music.

The Tribeca Music programme continues on December 13 at Capitólio, where Moullinex presents a performance conceived by the MXGPU project around Fritz Lang’s Metropolis. Bringing together the language of the 1927 cinematic classic with electronic music and performance, the project has been specially curated for the festival.

Across three days, Tribeca Music explores the connections between music, cinema and performance, reinforcing the multidisciplinary spirit of Tribeca Festival Lisboa and creating new ways for audiences to experience music and contemporary culture.
